On 10 July 2018, Liu Hongbo, deputy district chief of Wangcheng District, led a working team represented by relevant leaders from local Government Office, the Transportation Bureau, the Food and Drug Industry and Commercial Supervision Bureau, the Economy and Information Bureau, the Business Bureau, the Security Supervision Bureau, the firefighting authorities and the media to visit the Globe Outlets for safety inspection. Chen Xiaoming, the general manager of Changsha Yutian Outlets Business Management Co., Ltd., accompanied the working team with relevant staff of the company responsible for property management, engineering and operation respectively.
The working team led by Chief Liu gave the first priority to safety and sanitary issues in Letian Theater where people prefer to gather, and then they conducted material inspection, safety screening and specific guidance on the special equipment, firefighting facilities, elevators, decoration materials and other aspects which may exist safety hidden danger. Meanwhile, the working team listened carefully the explanation given by our general manager Chen Xiaoming in relation to the safety production management work. The Company has established sound safety management organization and comprehensive safety production accountability system. Our organization and departments of various levels are equipped with corresponding personnel to carry out safety management. Over three years of operation, Globe Outlets has not experienced any serious accident by virtue of the supervision and guidance of relevant government departments.
In addition, Chen Xiaoming also gave the working team detailed introduction of business development and safety work arrangement of Globe Outlets, and the latter indicated their recognition on our safety work arrangement. As addressed by Chief Liu, in addition to developing economy and improving resulting results, the Company should continue to put great efforts on establishment and management of safety work, intensify standardization, humanization and legal management of safety work, increase safety education and training for employees. A company shall make its best to eliminate various hidden danger without accident, harm and hidden left-over.
It is hot summer now which normally relates to high occurrence of safety accident. Thus, Globe Outlets should pay more attention to safety work through enhancing employees’ awareness of firefighting safety and reinforcing sanitary supervision on food operation, delivering a healthy and safe working environment.
