On 10 July 2018, Liu Hongbo, deputy district chief of Wangcheng District, led a working team represented by relevant leaders from local Government Office, the Transportation Bureau, the Food and Drug Industry and Commercial Supervision Bureau, the Economy and Information Bureau, the Business Bureau, the Security Supervision Bureau, the firefighting authorities and the media to visit the Globe Outlets for safety inspection. Ltd.*(寧夏金冠投資置業有限 公司) on 28 February 2018 and since then, Ningxia Jinguan has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Ningxia Jinguan locates in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and is principally engaged in property development and management and home furnishing. It owns the property named “JeShing European City(金盛歐洲城)”, which is located at West of China National Highway 109, DeSheng Industrial Park*(德勝工業園區), Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Run for Passion in Vigorous MayRecord for the Running Campaign Organized by the Group in May 2017 On 25 May 2017, the Group organized a running campaign with the slogan of “run in sunshine and run for health*(跑在阳光下，跑进健康里)”.
